Wonderfully appointed rooms complete with couches, a large bathroom, for instance. The service is welcoming, includes convenient parking. Just keep in mind, there's parking on-site. The hotel's location is amazing, so close to the main centre very comfortable and lovely gardens, nearby shops, and the main shopping area.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just next door to the main eating place and shopping. It was also close to the centre of town. - We stayed in a double room with a settee and a lounge.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Mount Gambier and we were thoroughly impressed. The location was fabulous, being close to a variety of great restaurants and cafes. It was also within easy walking distance to the Main Street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was well-appointed with a beautifully designed interior and a period garden that added to its charm. The service provided by the staff was very engaging and they were very accommodating at every point of our stay. The room amenities were extensive and met all our expectations, including features such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was fantastic, providing us with a great start to the day.

I had the most delightful stay at a charming property with a rich history and spacious rooms. Upon arrival, I found the keys waiting for me outside and was amazed by the lovely room. It was incredibly spacious, with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom. Although the weather didn't permit, I had doors that opened onto a balcony for a relaxing evening. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main street and a quick drive to nearby attractions. The host, Patty, was incredibly welcoming, making my stay even better. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of refreshments available. The individually designed bedrooms were beautiful, and I loved the Tartan room's spacious layout with a settee and tables. Everything was clean and crisp, and the recommendations for local restaurants provided a great dining experience. The garden was a sight to behold, adding to the overall charm of the property. Patty's homemade hot breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious. I appreciate the ample reading materials and the option to borrow DVDs. I had a wonderful and memorable experience that exceeds anything I could have imagined.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, they were minor in the grand scheme of things. One inconvenience was the long staircase leading to the rooms.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was within a short walk to the town and driving to local attractions was easy. The refreshment selection available adjacent to the breakfast room was great and the hot breakfast was delicious.

It took some time for the room to warm up due to cold air drafts and the heater required higher temperature settings to maintain warmth. Tea making facilities were not available in the room, only coffee, however, they were available downstairs in the main kitchen.
